By using this website to register and/or participate in the STREET RODS FOREVER Car Show and all related events, participants/registrants and anyone under the direction or control of the participant/registrant release and discharge STREET RODS FOREVER, The City of Monrovia, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, servants, and anyone else connected with the management of the hot rod and customer car show event of and from any and all known or unknown damages, inquiries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by the participant/registrant.

Further, the participant/registrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, forms, persons, and/or bodies of any form, from any and all liabilities occasioned or resulting from the conduct of the participant/registrant or anyone assisting or cooperating with the participant/registrant and under the direction or control of the participant/registrant.
